အခၽြန္ျဖင့္ ထိုးမိ၍ ေပါက္ျပဲေနေသာ မ်က္ၾကည္လႊာ၏ အေပါက္၀မွေန၍ အျပင္သို႔စူ ထြက္ေနျပီး
ကာယကံရွင္သည္ အရာ၀တၱဳစသည္တို႔ကို မျမင္နိဳင္ေတာ့ သည့္အျပင္ အလြန္နာက်င္ေသာ ေ၀ဒနာကိုလည္း
ခံစားေနရ၏။
အျပင္သို႔ စူထြက္ေနေသာ အနက္ေရာင္တစ္ရွဴးမ်ားသည္ မ်က္နက္၀န္း(Iris)၏ အစိတ္အပိုင္း မ်ားျဖစ္ျပီး မ်က္စိသည္လည္း ေရာင္ရမ္း လွ်က္ရွိသည္ကို ေတြ႔ၾကရပါမည္။
ဤအေျခအေနသည္ အေရးေပၚအေျခအေနျဖစ္၍ မ်က္လံုးအိမ္ကို
တို႔ျခင္း ထိျခင္း ဖိၾကည့္ျခင္း မ်ား မလုပ္ပါႏွင့္ ပိုးသန္႔မ်က္စဥ္း ေကာ္မ်က္စဥ္း စသည္ျဖင့္
မည္သည့္မ်က္စဥ္းမွမခပ္ပါႏွင့္ မ်က္စိခြဲစိတ္ အထူးကုဆရာ၀န္၏ အေရးေပၚခြဲစိတ္ကုသမွဳကို
အျမန္ဆံုးခံယူရန္ အေရးတၾကီး လိုအပ္ပါသည္။

မ်က္စိအထူးကု ေဆးရံုေဆးခန္းမ်ားသို႔ အျမန္ဆံုးေစ လႊတ္ပါ။

There has been a penetrating wound of the
cornea and black tissue is coming through the wound. The eye was hit by a sharp
object. There will be varying degrees of pain and poor vision. Here the eye is
remarkably ‘quiet’ – more inflammation is usually present. Some time has passed
since the injury, which was caused by a thorn. Iris tissue is presenting
through the corneal wound. This is a serious situation.
Apply an antibiotic eyedrop or, if this is
not available, eye ointment. Secure a sterile protective shield over the eye,
without touching or pressing on the eyeball, and refer the patient immediately
to a specialist.
The patient should remain as quiet
as possible until seen by the eye specialist. Surgery will be required.
